Your license to use MiddleMark
MiddleMark is made by Kahcozi LLC. How the app handles your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
On iPhone, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), with Kahcozi LLC as the licensor.
On Android, Kahcozi LLC gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MiddleMark on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the app, copy its data service in bulk, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties, and to the fullest extent the law allows, Kahcozi LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that can’t be waived.
MiddleMark Plus subscriptions
MiddleMark is free to use. MiddleMark Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that unlocks extra features such as the full quiz bank, all widgets and accent colours. It’s sold through the App Store on iPhone and through Google Play on Android.
- The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you subscribe. If a plan includes a free trial or an introductory price, the store shows how long it lasts and what you’ll pay after it before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel. On iPhone, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. On Android, cancel before the renewal date in Google Play.
- You can manage or cancel at any time: on iPhone in your Apple Account settings, and on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- On iPhone, Plus can be shared with up to five family members through Family Sharing. Google Play doesn’t share this subscription with family members.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, see Google Play’s refund policies. To restore Plus on a new phone, use Restore Purchases in Settings › MiddleMark Plus.
Information, not instructions
MiddleMark presents public records, along with analysis that is labeled as the app’s own, to help you compare officials’ records with your values. It does not tell you who to vote for. We work to keep the data accurate and current, but records can change and mistakes happen — check official sources before you rely on a date or a deadline.
MiddleMark is independent and nonpartisan. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or funded by any government agency, party or candidate. To register, find where to vote or check your ballot, contact your state or local election office or visit vote.gov.
